Low Carb Sandwich Wrap

In a rush? Throw these together, and have a delicious lunch!

Forgoing bread is probably one of, if not the, biggest challenges and struggles people moving to a low carb life struggle with. I know the feelings. The more recipes I make the more I realize, at least for me, bread just got in the way of all the good stuff.

Today’s recipe is a great example of that. These low carb sandwich wraps are crazy easy to make, and even though we have a recipe here, you get to customize these pretty much anyway you like.

These are super easy to make and customize to your liking, perfect for a quick lunch or pack to take to work.

Ingredients

  • THE ITALIAN
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese (softened)

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil

  • 1/2 cup Perpperoncini (sliced)

  • 1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers

  • 16 slices of Salami

  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese

  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley Flakes

  • 1/2 tbsp Dried Basil

  • 1/2 tsp Thyme

  • 1/2 tbsp Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic

  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary

  • Pinch Black Pepper

  • THE PHILLY
  • 1/2 cup Avocado Oil Mayo

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic

  • 1/2 small Red Onion (sliced)

  • 5 miniature Bell Peppers

  • 8 slices Roast Beef

  • 8 slices Provolone Cheese

  • TURKEY BACON RANCH
  • 8 slices Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

  • 8 slices Uncured Bacon (cooked & chopped)

  • 1 ripe Avoado (sliced)

  • 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup Black Olives (sliced)

  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)

  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

  • 1 tsp Dill Weed

  • 1/4 tsp Granulated Garlic

  • 1/4 tsp Dried Minced Onion

  • Pinch Black Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Directions

  • THE ITALIAN
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, parsley, dried basil, oregano, granulated garlic, thyme, rosemary, onion powder and black pepper. Stir to mix seasonings thoroughly into the softened cream cheese.
  • On a platter, layer 2 slices of ham on the bottom, then place layer of 2 slices of salami, and 1 slice of provolone cheese on top.
  • Spread 1 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture onto the layered meat and cheese.
  • On the bottom half of the meat, add the roasted red peppers, pepperonchini slices and a fresh strips of sliced basil leaves.
  • Roll up tightly from bottom to top.
  • THE PHILLY
  • In a small bowl, combine avocado oil mayo, black pepper and granulated garlic, stir.
  • Thinly slice the mini bell peppers, 1/2 a red onion, set aside.
  • On a plate, layer 1 large slice of roast beef, topped with one slice of provolone cheese.
  • Top the layered meat and cheese with 1 tbsp of the mayo mixture and spread evenly.
  • On the bottom half of the meat layers, add some slices of mini bell peppers and red onion.
  • Roll up tightly from the bottom to top.
  • TURKEY BACON RANCH
  • In a large frying pan, cook 8 slices of uncured bacon until they reach your desired doneness, drain, chop and set aside.
  • Prepare the tomatoes and avocados by slicing them thinly, and setting aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix 4 oz. of softened cream cheese, parsley, dill week, onion powder, granulated garlic, dried minced onion and black pepper. Mix well, set aside.
  • On a plate, lay down 2 slices of oven roasted turkey.
  • Spread 1 tbsp of the seasoned cream cheese mixture on the turkey slices.
  • On the bottom half of the turkey, sprinkle with chopped bacon, olives, tomatoes and avocado.
  • Roll up tightly from the bottom to the top.
